  • IS THERE ALWAYS AVAILABILITY TO THE PRODUCTS?

    We try to ensure that the products listed on our website are always available for you to buy, so they can be sent at the same or the next working day to you. In the rare condition that a product is out of stock, we will inform you when it will be available for shipping in the product page but also personally by sending you a mail in your email address.

  • HOW CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

    When you place an order, you can log into your account, clicking on "My Account" and check the order you have made. You can cancel your order and request a refund of the amount paid within one day after placing it.

    To modify an order after placing it, in regards to the way of payment or the shipping address , you must first log in to your account by clicking "My Account" and modify the order you want. Each amendment should be completed within 24 hours after placing the initial order.

    Every time you must have in mind that any additional costs involved in modifying the order must be paid in order to have your order finally modified and accepted.

  • HOW CAN I REORDER MY STUFF?

    In case you want to save time and to reorder an order made in the past now you can do it quickly and simply without unnecessary delays! All you have to do is log in to your account, find the order you want to repeat and press «Re-order». This way you can order your favorite products easily and quickly.

    In case during the order process for some reason you were forced to stop, then you can also easily log in to your account and by clicking in the field “Pending Orders” you can find the order that you have started and finish it easily.

  • HOW CAN I PAY MY ORDER?

    You can pay for your order with Credit Card (Visa/ Mastercard), with Pay Pal, or with bank transfer. The details of the bank account are being sent with the order confirmation by mail.

  • HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT AND HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST FOR MY ORDER?

    All the orders are sent by POST. The shipping cost is not fixed. It comes from the system automatically according to the weight of the order and the exact shipping location. In order to learn the shipping cost for your order you should enter into our shop, order the products you like and while checking out for your order and before paying for it and you would be able to see the shipping cost for the specific order.

  • ORDER CONFIRMATION- STATUS INFORMATION

    Shortly after placing your order a confirmation e-mail with it will be sent. If you have not received this confirmation e-mail you should contact us by telephone or e-mail to confirm the receipt of your order.

    When we will process and ship your order, you will also receive a confirmation e-mail of shipment, along with the tracking number, in order to be able to trace it.

  • WHEN THE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED?

    All the orders are usually shipped within 1-2 working days from our warehouse in Rethymno.
    During weekends, local celebrations and holidays shippings are not carried out. The shipping day will be the first working day which follows.

  • WHERE THE ORDERS ARE BEING SHIPPED AND WHICH IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

    Shipping in Greece. The orders will typically arrive within 1-3 working days. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to delays in transport.

    International shipments worldwide. The orders will typically arrive within 8-10 working days. The authorities of dispatch can keep and evaluate additional customs fees and charges for your order, which will be paid by you prior to receipt. Both the charges and any delays in delivery time is out of our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    Any cancellation of the order or refund after the order is shipped is subject to the return policy.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM AWAY FROM HOME THE DELIVERY DATE?

    In order to receive your order you will be notified about the arrival in the nearest post office in your area with a special note. When a packet is returned with the special condition "not collected", then you are responsible for resending it.

  • HOW DO I RETURN A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

    Once you have received your order, you are responsible to inspect the goods and you must inform by e-mail within 3 days from the delivery date if a product is damaged or unsuitable for use. Where there is a claim for damage or destruction then it is the buyer's responsibility to return the damaged product.

    When returning a product you must indicate the order number . The product being returned must clearly bear this number which is listed in the order on the packet.

    Where it appears that the returned product is damaged by your own mistake, then you bring the responsibility for the cost of repairing of such damage.

    Once we receive and examine the returned product the exact amount of product cost will be refunded to you within 30 days from the date of return.

  • I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HOW CAN I ORDER?

    In case you have forgotten the password to your account, click on the button «Forgot your password?» in «My Account»" field, enter your username and a new password will be sent to your registered email address.

    If you have also forgotten your username you have entered then contact us at eshop@bioselect.gr in order to send you a similar reminder.

    The new password sent to you is just being used to help you enter into your account. Once you have logged in you can change this password with your preferred one.
